Not one but two natural wonders have happened in the past two days. Both of the events were of biblical proportions and have some wondering about our place in the universe. The first event happened Saturday April 10 2010. It only got into the news and mainstream media because the ash. The volcano erupted near a glacier in southern Iceland. There is always volcanic activity in this region but very few in history have thrown ash as far south as England. The ash caused a cancellation of around 9,000 flights throughout Europe. This is what made it news worthy. Also how many times in your life will you see ice on fire???
The second event happened last night around 10pm EST. The giant light appeared to be centered in southern Wisconsin, though could be seen in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and as far away as Kansas City.

Most of you will not know what I am talking about but here it is. The site had an intruder on it and needed to be more secure. So in a nutshell we have turned on an anti-flood protection and some other features along with it in order to stop the intruders activities. The measures have worked but if you trip one then be calm and delete your cookies. Then come back in a day to regain access to the site.
You may have also noticed some things missing from the site. Rest assured that those things are still here just you must log in to see them. The shout block will be the most noticeable. I can help you get logged in but I can not retrieve the passwords.

I have the 3.0 Deploy Client posted here on this website. Go over to the "Downloads" section and get it now. If you can't see it or it will not let you download it then you either are not logged in. Or you have lapsed your account here and you will have to get it some where else.

A few of us have dusted off the stick and taken to the air. Not a lot has changed in the game, but its fun to play around with once again. Pilots remember, if you also play AAO, its still our main game. If you don't, now would be a good time to start.
